How do I place an order?
As you are browsing through the products on the website, there will be an option to add an item to the cart. Add the desired items to the cart and they will appear in "Your Shopping Basket". When you are finished adding items to the cart, click on "Checkout" in the shopping basket and follow the instructions on how to pay for your items and select delivery options. Once you have paid for your items, your order will show up on a confirmation page and you will be emailed a copy of the order.
How do I track an order?
After you have placed your order, an order number will be available on the confirmation page. Simply return to DoodleWinks and login to check your order status or you may email email@example.com with your order number and we will happily give you an update on your order through email.
What payment methods are available?
DoodleWinks uses a secure payment gateway to process credit card payments. PayPal is also an option at checkout. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. Payments can be made using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Also, you can use PayPal to pay with your linked bank account, if you sign up for a PayPal account. What shipping options are available?
We offer shipping by USPS or UPS. We now offer flat rate shipping (3-10 days) and some products have an expedited shipping option (1-3 days). Upon shipment, your order will have a tracking number and note the carrier for the shipment. Depending upon the warehouse the order is shipped from, expedited shipping may not be available. If the shipping option is limited, the expedited shipping option will not be available in the cart. What happens in the event that the order is not deliverable/returned to sender?
Please be sure that your shipping address is accurate on your order. If you find it's not accurate, please email email@example.com with your correct address as soon as possible. If your order is returned to DoodleWinks Ltd. as undeliverable by the shipping carrier, then we will contact you with options for attempting delivery again at the cost of customer. If a response is not received from the customer within 3 business days regarding their preferences, then DoodleWinks Ltd. will refund the order amount paid minus any shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
